Hi,

My name is Jake, and I am new to brewing. I have just bottled my first batch of summer ale, I used a Festival kit and have got straight onto a london porter which has just started bubbling away happily.

I have also started a California connoisseur merlot 30 bottle kit which is in the secondary fermentation stage.

Cant wait for my summer ale to be clear and ready for drinking!
