Waywood

Hello All,
My brewing name is Waywood (otherwise known as Andy) and my 'creations' have been known as 'Waywoods Ales' since 1998. Originally from just outside London, I started making beer in 1984 using Boots kits. Awful. I then moved onto grain brewing with limited success (anyone remember Sarahs dry Bitter Kits?) and then largely gave up until I moved to the Middle East in 1997. Since this time, I have been constantly busy making beer using a variety of interesting ingredients! After stints in the UK and Isle of Man perfecting all grain brews, I am again back in the Middle East. With limited access to ingredients I focus on malt extract brewing and quality kits. Strange as it may sound, I enjoy the brewing as much as sampling the product. :
I am interested in northern english style bitters that serve well from the bottle. My favorite beers are 1050 from the Davies Brewing Co (the Grainstore, Oakham), Fullers ESB and Ind Coope, Burton Ale. :drink:
Help with any recipes would be most welcome as I was unable to bring all my literature and records with me.
