Hello!

My name is Fergus, and I've just started brewing! Although I guess you would class it as 'fermenting' as I'm making Mead.
More specifically, Session Mead that will sit around 4.5% - 5.6% ABV.
Hopefully, once I get better acquainted with the process, I want to start making fruit mead (hydromel), and once I have my own hives, I'll use my own honey!

I look forward to chatting to some like-minded people, and share thoughts & ideas!
