Hi, I'm Simon. Been dabbling with homebrew kits for a year or so. Trawling this forum for a couple of weeks before registering to pick up hints, tips etc. Got a few brews on the go: Wilko's Fruit of the Forest cider, Coopers Australian lager, Wilko's 6 bottle Chardonnay kit, Better Brew Pinot Grigio 6 bottle 7 day kit, lemon hooch 4 litres, to this I'm going to add Blackcurrant Ribena, after fermentation, turbo cider 4 litres, just racked this today, and added 500ml Strawberry Ribena, tastes a bit sweet, but very nice.

Looks like I picked the wrong time to give up drinking.....
