Hiya,
Been using this forum for reference and research over the last couple of months to decide weather I take the plunge or not. This post means I am indeed 'plunged' and have a Brew on the go as we speak - 1st one so none too confident but enjoying it never the less! Think I may have made a couple of boo boos but hopefully nothing that will kill me one way or another. Just brewing from can as a hobby and have no plans for AG as yet.
Im based in Salford, Manchester and am mainly planning wheat and fruit beers as i'm a big fan.
If I don't post again It means that by sterilising everything using the VWB recommended HOUSEHOLD ratio instead of the homebrew one has poisoned me and im a goner.
