Hi All,
Thanks for accepting me in this forum. I’m in my mid forties, got time to spare as the kids are growing up and caught myself thinking I could do with an indoor hobby to get me though the winter. I’m completely new to this. Most I’ve ever brewed until two weeks ago was a pot of coffee.
I’ve decluttered the garage, bought a peco immersion heater tub, a fermenter tub, hydrometer, spoon, steriliser, capper and lots of malt and hops. I’ve read Home Brew Beer by Greg Hughes and disappeared down many YouTube homebrew rabbit holes. I reckon I’m ready…
My first question will be about yeast….
