Gonna brew today, but not sure what to do. I usually make v hoppy pale ales/NEIPAs and have a decent batch of bottles of this style in the fridge and was thinking something a little different. I've been researching making fake lagers without Pilsner malt bit but not sure if can do it. this is what I have in stock:
3x bags of 4kg MO and 250 carapils
50g of Junga, Azacca, Mosaic, Citra, Saaz
100g Mittlefruh
75g mandarina, Hersbruker
loads of Amarillo
Yeast wise just received 2x CML Hells and 1x Haze. Also got a CML Kristellweizen, a MJ Liberty, a MJ US West coast, and a S-04.
