Joined my latest ship 4 weeks ago, and after spending 10 weeks seriously knocking back the good stuff, needed to get rid of a wee beer belly:wink:
Guys onboard suggested I join in with their 'Insanity' work-out, 45-60 mins of high intensity interval training, loads of jumping about, cardio, upper body work.
Feck me!!!! 4 weeks in and the beer belly is gone!! Seriously, if anyone is in need of a tone-up, give this a go as it definitely works :thumb:
As an aside, anyone know of HIIT classes in Glasgow. Got the bug now, want to keep it going when I get home.
