I have one. Tested it but not done a full brew day yet.
It's 110V or 240V straight out of the box. Universal input.
It comes with an US RCD plug that needs to come off and replace with a UK 13A plug. If your ring main is not protected with an RCD then make sure to get an RCD UK plug for it instead.

The pump and heater output sockets are US type, so you can either remove them, make the holes bigger and replace with IEC/EN 320 outlets, or buy US power cords to put on your heater and pump.
Something like this https://www.digikey.co.uk/short/4c77m0
Technically the US power cables are rated at 110V. I've used them at 240V but your call!

Bear in mind that although the spec says the controller is rated 15A thats for 110V. Used with 240V then it's rated at 12A so take care with heating element sizes.

@chopps How's the IPB-16S ? I finally finished my new mash kettle and got mine up and running.
I did come across a post on Inkbird forums HERE where somebody was told it shouldn't be used on 240v, well mine's okay so far just wondering how yours is?
