What sort of shelf life can I expect from all grain beer ingredients? If, for example, I made a beer and didn't use all the grain, how long would it last before it was knackered?
 
If you keep it dry, cool and reasonably air tight it will last a long time.
I've used pale malt that's been over a year old without having any "odd" flavours.
Watch out for the mouse though!
You'll know when grain is "off" it smells rancid.
