Planning a sort of session IPA. It will be a bit darker than your average IPA but I want a bit of malt flavour. I'm using 20% AA Apollo hops as well as Simcoe and Cascade so rather than use a 60 minute bittering addition I'm going to get all the bitterness from the 10 minute addition and whirlpool.

I'm going for a dank citrus hop flavour. What do people think to the recipe?

Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 27 liters (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 33 liters
Boil Gravity: 1.040
Efficiency: 80% (brew house)

I've almost stopped using bittering hops I add all mine at whirlpool, you still get a lot of bitterness. More than you may think
Some of my best IPAs I have made this way. Drinking one now
 
I normally use Admiral as a bittering hop but the Apollo are so high AA that I can get plenty of bittering just in the last few minutes.
