Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and the community and hope to absorb all the wisdom you all have to offer. I might even be able to share something but I'm not putting many bets on that!
I want to show everyone my most recent brewday and get some opinion as to whether I'll be anywhere near my intended target (something that manages to clone Jaipur and Summer Lightning at the same time, whilst being 4% abv...)
