hi everone am new to this site so jus thought id say hello from sunny west yorkshire :thumb: jus bottled few days ago a made up recipe really was like summer lightning with a few tweeks added a bit of crystal malt and some cascade at the end,the thing is i just tried one and knew it wasnt ready and knew it wouldnt really taste that good at this stage but yet i cant help doin this everytime lol!! am i on my own here or are you as impatiant and stupid as me?!!
 
oooh yeah i act forgot this not trying is an illigal act!! i act best try another now dont want to do any thing illigal now lol!! :drink: :D
 
Illegal & impatient!, wheres Moley when you need his skills :rofl: , onyhoo theres nothing like that fresh new beer taste and kick! ;) , wine testing is worse!! 'cause you have to have a few sips to be sure it's OK and then your brain melts an y' hve t hv n other tashte n y' fall dwn n zzzzzzz, nah but really quality control is important, nobody but fools cook without tasteing and testing :grin:
 
mmh good point a chef doesnt serve without tasting first!!! my stupidity seems almost a million mile away now!!! gona try another jus to check!! :cheers:
