Hi All,
Hope everyone's well. New to the forum. Just wanted to ask, do I need campden tablet with my marrow rum home brew? The recipe was very vague and didn't mention it, but I guess with any home brew, it's essential to prevent bacteria?
I have already bottle and added yeast though, so unless I pip one in and re attach the airlock, not sure if I'm too late. I only put the airlock on tonight.
I've done it before and never became ill as a result, but brewing the initial process inside the marrow, maybe I should have as there was some mold around the top of the marrow outer skin.
