I'm In Love with "Big Kenny"

Made big kenny the other month, Wez's recipe... Cranked it up with invert, fantastic brew!
Side effect is a bad head with the invert!

Crystal Malt 130 EBC 150 grams 1.5%
Roasted Barley 1350 EBC 100 grams 1%
Torrefied Wheat 4 EBC 510 grams 5.1%
Sugar Invert No.1 Syrup 30 EBC 900 grams 9%

Challenger Whole 5.1 % 60 mins 90 grams 45.9%
Fuggle Whole 4.5 % 15 mins 30 grams 15.3%
Golding Whole 6 % 15 mins 36 grams 18.4%
Fuggle Whole 4.5 % 0 mins 40 grams 20.4%
