1 fatal flaw I see, the taps aren't within reach of the seated area, so you'd have to get up to get a drink.

When I finish the cup of tea I'm drinking I'm on my hands and knees scrubbing my concrete garage floor, she keeps moaning it's sticky. Oh for tiles like that.
