i need a simple pineapple wine recipe

has anyone got a somple start to finish pineapple wine recipe guild
or even a peach or plum wine

ive told a mate at work ive started a home brew kit
and he said hes a couple of djs i can have

so im thinking of makeing a simple wine :


im thinking ive got a new addiction :hmm:
not finished my first brew yet and im thinking what else i can make lol

Did you want to use actual fruit? Only i made one using 1L pineapple juice+ 1L WGJ, 700g sugar + etc. Turned out brilliant.

yes i was thinking of useing fruit

but erm just noticed a post under this 1
and perhaps useing a fruit juice might be better for a starter

1 question tho did you add water ?

as i was thinking of makeing a dj full ..

Yes, that's the '+etc'.
1 litre pineapple juice (I used Morrison's pineapple with a twist of lime)
1 litre white grape juice
700g sugar
1tsp pectolase
1tsp yeast nutrient
1 tsp general purpose yeast
water to 1 gallon.
I didn't add citric acid, as I thought the pineapple was probably sharp enough.

how long was it in the bucket and how long before you can drink it ?

I started it straight into the demi-john, it took about 2 weeks to ferment out; then another week or so after racking before I fined it; probably about a month in total.
