Hi All
My name is Will and i am 37 from Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.
I only decided to start home brewing after trying a bottle from a friend of a friend, my god it was amazing.
I have only been drinking 'proper beer' for the last 2-3 years but find is so much more enjoyable than the Lagers i used to drink (Istill like a nice cold lager with a curry mind you)
My favourite beers are
1) Old Empire (Marstons)
2) Doom Bar (Sharps)
3) Landlord (Timothy Taylor)
But i regularly mix and match bottles and have come across some great beers
Look forward to learning from all the very experienced folk here and hope i can give my own help and advice back to the forum in the future.
