Been doing mainly maris otter mixed with 10% crystal in the past ,and I thought this lot i have bought would see me through a few more interesting brew days with grains i have not used yet like torrefied wheat,Extra Light Crystal,Cara Wheat Malt and Vienna need to work out what i can do with these not too sure yet anyway bought now and hopefully will produce what i am after a creamy head on a hoppy APA

And yes i use dried yeast been looking into White labs but not yet bit the bullet

Any recipes you have going would be appreciated especially APA style punk ipa etc
which will accommodate my grain and hop bank
Thanks

Nice collection there!

I'd go for something fairly dry around 4.5% with an insane amount of hops. You won't need any crystal... you could give a go at some Vienna and wheat malt in a big base of MO. I can't think of any recipes from the top of my head but I'd go for experimenting with any of the popular hop combos in there (Simcoe + Chinook + Columbus with a good dry hopping of Citra would give you something fairly balanced between pine needle, spice and tropical fruit).
