How to chill in warmer weather

As the summer creeps in im not happy about the water i am going to waste during chill
Is there an easier way than running many liters of water down the drain i currently use a copper chiller

Haven’t tried yet myself but a lot of folk on here seem to do an overnight chill without anything detrimental happening to there brew , will being trying myself this summer

A decent size rain water tank and a pump, I draw water from 6000 litre jobbie but in our summers still not enough to get it down to pitching temperature. Now I have the Thermenter King Max I will be able to take it to pitching temperature after using the cooling coil.
Overnight chill is good I have done that a couple of times but not in summer the temperature is too high. Also have to change the hop schedule.
Another option is to transfer hot from kettle to cube, put the cube somewhere cool and again alter the hop schedule (approximately by 10 mins, bittering hop instead of 60 minutes down to 50 minutes.)

I use 2 immersion chillers. One in a bucket of ice and water to chill the mains water before it goes through the second chiller in the wort. Might need 2 bags of ice to chill down in my usual 30-40 minutes.

Get a food safe 25 litre Jerry can,drop/pump your wort into it put the lid on and leave it til the next day.
Or..if you have a brew fridge put it in there with a lid on,set to your fermentation temp. Pitch when it gets there.

I tend to use kveik voss in summer pitched at 35c then leave to free fall

My chiller is attached to the outside tap via standard hoselock fittings and the hot water flows into the hosepipe to water for the OH to water the garden!
