Generally speaking if you add a wine yeast to a must it will naturally ferment it dry unless you stop it or not all of the sugar is fermentable.

Sep 24, 2023 #5 As 2 Stage says if you let the wine ferment to dry (.990) you will end up with the %ABV below. The bottom screen shot is for supermarket juice wine which we start using a total of 1100g of sugar in a standard demijohn - Supermarket Juice Wine How To guide and Recipes.
