Evening all,

I have one brew under my belt and for my next trick I would like to do a fruity lager.
I've done some light research; fruit extract seems the easiest with mixed results.
I'm quite keen on using frozen but I have no idea roughly how much I would need? It will be for 23 litre.
I'm thinking of using raspberries or possibly peaches.
Also, what stage of fermentation would be best to add them?
Any advice much appreciated guys cheers!

Hi HoppingWeasel,

Take a look at Coopers website, they have a recipe for their Canadian Blonde with Frozen berries added at a rate of 500g for a 23 litre batch.
They advise adding the frozen fruit to the brew a day after making it.
Guess you can substitute the berries for another fruit of your choice.
Cheers!
