What, how, when, how much chocolate should add to a Irish stout to give a nice end flavor of chocolate?

Edit. Just checked back on my notes for the last brew I did with cacao nibs. I added to secondary for 5 days. It gave that end flavour of chocolate. The amount is going to depend on how prominent you want that taste. I used 680g in my 23L to give a subtle yet definite chocolate finish.
