How much yeast and malt

As if now I've only done kits but I'm about to make my first recipi. I was going to do a small one maybe 1 gallon. How on earth do I calculate how much yeast I need to add?

I'm also confused how much LME AND DEXTROSE to add

You can use this:
https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/calculator
Or you can adjust recipes from existing extract kits from Northern Brewer or Brewer's Best. It's a straight 1:5 ratio.
For the yeast, don't worry too much about being perfectly accurate.
A pack is usually 11g so a fifth of that but even if you did a half pack, not a problem.
