J jamesb Landlord. Joined Oct 16, 2008 Messages 842 Reaction score 5 Location Axiom Brewing Sep 21, 2010 #2 I've used 90g with success before. I prefer crash cooling it a couple of points before it ferments out and then casking it without adding priming sugars though.
