Question from a newbie. Reading the forums here has enthused me to try some fruit juice & fruit wines which are bubbling away in the DJ's at the moment.
I bought some finings from Wilko, but noticed they are for 23 litres. My (2 part) question....1. should I just use about 1/4 of each sachet per DJ, and 2. will they keep once opened?
The sachets are: finings - A Silica Sol, and finings B - Chitosan. Thanks.
