Probably asked before but what is the preferred method of carbonating kegs. Force carb at higher pressure to drink quicker or set at serving pressure and wait.
What is the time frame for higher pressure. 30 psi X 12hrs for example
For a highly carbed beer i do 3 times serving pressure for 18 to 24 hours. Turn of the gas before serving or else it will go everywhere. Once you have pulled a few you can reconnect. This is for a full 19l keg. Get some JG taps on each line.

Going to add a 4th corny, I’ve 3 taps and want to have a full one on the bench to rotate in as they run out.

Do you anticipate any problems with that fourth one not being chilled until it gets into the fridge? I'm looking to build a 3-keg setup and the notion of having a 4th on standby appeals, but I'm worried about something happening to the beer if it's sitting there for a fortnight (worst-case scenario) at ambient.
