can anyone tell me the best lenth of time for coopers pilsner should be left for in fermentation bucket, before kegging. :hmm:
 
Depends what sort of temperature you are fermenting at, but you will be safe with a couple of weeks from pitching the yeast.

temp around 21- 22 degrees, thanks for the reply :D
 
I did mine at 21c and left for 2 weeks then bottled and left for another 6 weeks.

Don't forget once you've bottled it put it somewhere warm for a week then put it in the shed and forget about it for 5 or 6 weeks.
