Got some Carbing Drops with my last Order. Was going to put the Beer on this Sunday which should take me till the 16th, was going to leave it for a week to maybe clear (might add some Finings) and then may bottle it on the 26th but just wondering if that gives me enough time to properly carb up my Beer?

I generally find carbing drops need about two weeks. It might be little less, but I remember testing after one week and it wasn't really long enough as the beer was under carbed. Add a couple direct to each bottle at bottling time.

For when?
Think mid Jan earliest with conditioning, assuming fining it doesn't strip out most of the yeast.

Generally the more yeast left in your brew the quicker it will carbonate.

Cold crashing and/or finings will need longer to carbonate but will result in less yeast sediment in your bottles. I have had anything between 1mm to 10mm of sediment depending on my patience at the time.

I have had good carbonation in as little as 3 days but I usually give it 2 weeks until my next brew needs the space.
