I don't use starters, perhaps I should!
My oldest culture is a TTL at 3 years, still fires up!
I rinse it a couple of times, acid wash, rinse again and then bottle and freeze!graysalchemy said:Do You Mix it with Glycerin Jim? or what is your procedure, as I have got some yeasts that I want to freeze. :thumb:
