How do you brew?

I use a 3 vessel system that I made myself. I looked at the all in one systems but couldn't bring myself to spend hundreds of pounds on equipment. So I put a couple of kettle elements in to an old FV for my HLT. I made my mash tun out of a picnic cooler. I made my boiler from a stainless pot and added 2 quality elements and a tap. It works really well for my needs.

Cool box with a grain bag inside, 90min. mash, run that off then dunk sparge/mash out for 10 min. Peco boiler - hops in a bag for boil, chill, then all into fermenter - simples!
Cheers

Started with BIAB in a homemade electric boiler, then added a pump for recirculation. Next I moved to 3V in a picnic box mash tun, then I added a kettle HERMS which I didn't use for long cos I found it more hassle than it was worth. Then a couple of years ago got a Grainfather and haven't looked back.

BIAB, mash and boil in converted plastic FV with kettle elements. No chill overnight in jerry can.
(Hunting for a 35L stainless steel pot in the local charity shops to replace plastic boiler)

40l buffalo and coolbox mash tun... can't justify the cost of an all-in-one.

Mash in a 32l stock pot. Line a FV with net curtain to filter grain out. Transfer bulk of wort to stock pot and do a 6l sparge of grain in FV. Boil all in pan on an AGA and cool with a copper coil that I made. Filter hops out with net curtain when I put it in the FV. Less than 30 minutes the night before and under 4 hours on brew day equals beer:beer1:

A 10 liter stock pot for electric mashing, a "zapap" system built from 10 l buckets gotten at the local fries shop (food grade, from boiled eggs) for filtering and sparging (and sometimes also mashing), and a 17 liter stock pot for the boil, bought at a reduced price at Auchan.
