Looking forward to my new hobby producing a beer that suits my taste, so if I try and describe it could you please help me in the right direction ?

Slightly sweet, a little fruity with a nice hoppy after smack.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

OH FFS!

This is the fourth thread you have created that I have had to move can I PLEASE direct you to this post Take Care Please - Post to Correct Forum

If you are not sure where to post a question, take a look at some of the posts in the forum, you should be able to work it out!

Now where did I put the nunchucks :hmm:

Sorry Aleman

Got it now ..just saw the line ..if you're making beer...
Guess I was just too keen to take advantage of so much knowledge on tap

Awwww! Just when I thought it was my turn with the nunchuku

Thanks for reply Vossy
I do tend to favour the paler bottled beers, like the IPA's and there are ones called Hopping Hare and Two Hoots that I particularly like, also had a bottle conditioned IPA from the Cornish Brewery that was really good.
I will be using a King Keg rather than bottling though.

It sounds to me like you know what takes your fancy :drink: and it pretty much mirrors my own personal likes. I do have 'issues' with a lot of modern IPA's though, they carry the name but are far removed from my idea of an IPA. I can only see that getting worse with the new alcohol taxes coming into play and 3-4% IPA's becoming the norm
I can see the day coming in the very near future where you will be able to buy a bottle of cheap vodka for less than the price of a 'strong' bottled beer, curbing alcohol intake...my arse...don't see the politicians whacking up the duty on spirits, do you

Rant over...sorry :thumb:

An American Pale Ale with loads of Cascade at the end of the boil, amazing! :thumb:
