Goes to show how much of the flavour and aroma comes from the other aromatic compounds! Interesting to see the general profile of different hops, specially some that are outliers in their AA range (like UK/GER Brewers' Gold). Looks like traditionally European hop breeders have minimised Myrcene while Americans have maxed it out and squished other oils out. Has anybody used that one marked as Select (UK)? Interesting profile.
