hop usage

hi all i have got my hands on saaz hop leaves and pelletts now my question which do i use for my hop tea and which for dry hoping and whats the best way 2 store them

freeze them always, if you have them i muslin bags not much difference. If the the leaves are fresher dry hop those else wise the pellets.

I wouldn't dry hop with pellets, less aroma. Never done hop tea so not sure about that. As for storage, seal them in a plastic food-bag/zip-lock bag type thingy and chuck in the freezer. You don't need to defrost them before use either. :thumb:
