Can anyone explain what Hop Tea and dry hopping are, and what the aims / differences in outcome of each are? I've seen them both mention in relation to customising kits, which is about where I am at the moment, so am interested in giving them a go.
 
Whereas a hop tea is where you soak the hops in hot water and then add that to the beer, this adds hop flavour (and some aroma).
 
If you are going to add hop tea, add it after you have finished the boil and cooled, before you pitch the yeast :cheers:
