Hop tea and ABV

I've a citra and centennial saision on the go that I plan to make a hop tea for.
I have 22.5l of wort bubbling away that had a OG of 1048. I plan on making a hop tea with about 750ml of water. Allowing for absorption I'm thinking that should give me 500ml to top up to 23l.
How do I work out the abv?

So you've 22.5L at 1.048 and are going to add 500ml hop tea to make 23L? This will drop the gravity by 1 point to 1.047
