Hi

I was hoping to make a hop monster of an IPA. Bought some hops from Rob at the malt miller, and I guess I have got hops more suited to an APA, but thats fine with me.

I was hoping someone could help me with the hop schedule for my brewday.

Malts I was thinking Maris otter, a little wheat malt, amber and some toasted oats.

Hops i have are cascade, calypso and aurora (100g of each)

cheers
R

Would using all of them be too much?
Depends on the batch size, ABV and how you use them. 23 litre batch, 100 grams saved for dry hopping, most used late in the boil and at flame out but save a bit for bittering to reach your target IBUs.

What about adding them all at the start of the boil (15g of each)

Then 20g of each with 20minutes left

Then 30g of each with 5 minutes left

Then dry hopping with the rest?
I am just making this up as I go!
