Hop & Grape http://www.hopandgrape.co.uk/ have got a new US hop in, Mosaic, bit pricey mind;

(USA) 12.3% a/a £5.99/100g
Mosaic is an aroma hop variety developed by Hop Breeding Company, that was released in 2012.
It offers a unique and complex blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics that translate very favourably into several styles of beer.
Daughter of Simcoe and a Nugget derived male.

Wonderful aroma hop ideal for American style Pale Ales. We sampled beer made from this variety and it was wonderful for hoppy beer lovers like us.

Picked up some of these today! Can't wait to try them out! Gonna do an single hop APA to showcase the flavour, with plenty in as dry hops!
