Everytime I place an order I chuck in some hops to make the order worth the postage.....well enough's enough. Got a bloody ton of hops needing used so what would you do with this lot??

I've got the following packs open in the freezer so they are the priority and need to get used first. The unopened packets are listed below to be added to the first lot.

I currently have a Dubbel and a Saison fermenting and have a few pale ales on tap and in bottles. As far as yeasts go I have lots of California V Ale, San Diego Super, Saison, Belgian and possibly a few others. For grains, I have a ton of pale and various other bits and bobs. Would quite like a red ale or something like that.

OPENED - PRIORITY USAGE!

Magnum
Mounthood
Hallertau
Nugget
Willamette
Centenial
Fuggles
Northern Brewer

UNOPENED - CAN BE ADDED TO ABOVE LIST FOR MORE AWESOMENESS

Bobek
Amarillo
Mounthood
Saaz
Columbus
EKG
Northern Brewer
Cascade
Challenger
Magnum
Sorachi Ace

id start with magnum bittering and 30 min then chuck on some willamette and centennial plus dry hop for aroma. that should get you through a few grams!

Kev it looks like you've got the same disease as me. I'll be watching this thread with interest as I have a similar hop "pick 'n' mix" that i've bought on whims or when i've had certain ideas for beers that are yet to be made..

Sounds good, you have different hops to what I tend to have, so I'd be curious to use the San Diego Super Yeast in a 7% IPA a la Torpedo. Some Magnum for bittering with a massive 5 minute addition of Mt Hood, Hallertau and Centennial. Massive dry hop of any combination of the three hops. Should get rid of all the open reserves you have as you'll need at least 300g of hops to bring the thing to 80 IBU.
