i steamed our turkey in a sealed steel roaster..
sat on a trivet with half a litre of home pressed and brewed cider
an orange and a lime up its derriere it was fantastic.... :party:
we ate a third of it, then threw the carcass in to the slow cooker with all the left over veg, and a splash more cider to brew up a turkey stew,
still have a huge plate of turkey left for sandwiches,curry etc,
