Hi @BenParr!
I went to place an order for 250ml of ChemSan and x2 packets of yeast and postage has been calculated at £4... is this correct? On your website it says lightweight orders are £1 and standard orders are £3. Is postage charged per item type?
Thanks for taking a look at this for me - it would also be useful to know as a customer what constitutes ‘lightweight’ so I’m not accidentally going over due an 11g pack of yeast without knowing the cut off.

Hi! That is not correct that is an error on my part I will try and get this sorted.. if you email me with your order I will adjust it accordingly Light weight is a Royal Mail large letter size I will add this to the site soon. Cheers

Placed my order, got a wee email from Ben to say thanks. Wort chiller arrived in good time with requested mods and it certainly looks the part. Fits perfectly in my boiler too.
