I've just started drinking another saison I made and I think the NZ stands out. Its probably going to be remade a few times witch is rare for me.

Nelson Sauvin 10g @60
Nelson Sauvin 20g @ in cube
Nelson Sauvin 30g dry hop

If my software is correct that's 26 ibu's
