Can anyone recommend a good home brew book?

I have Graham Wheeler and David Line.

I need something comprehensive and modern. I brew all grain.

Any recommendations?

Well I think it is a good book Brewing Better Beer

Although if you are going for technical and in depth the Brewing 2nd Edition by Lewis and Young . . but it ain't cheap as it is a degree text book ;)
