After spending 6 months living in france in 07/08 I took a liking to Hoegaarden is there a kit that comes close to it or is there any way of recreating it with a kit as a base? :pray:

I will, I've stocked up on bottles :drink: so will get a kit ordered (with a forum sponsor of course) what should I use with this kit (light spray malt/wheat spray malt)

With the brewferm kits I would stick to brewing sugar (glucose) :thumb:

I've been looking into it and think im going to try this:

1 can Larger kit
1.3kg Dry Spray Wheat Malt
15g Styrian Goldings Hops(15 min boil)
15g Saaz Hops(5min boil)
1/2 teaspoon Coriander seed
15g Curacua (Bitter Orange Peel)
1 Pkt of Danstar/Safebrew wheat yeast
210g priming sugar/ Carbonation Drops
