Hoegaarden Rosee Recipe

This weekend, my missus fell in love with Hoegaarden Rosee, citing it as a new personal favourite.

Would anyone happen to have a recipe?
I've searched all the usual sites but drawn a blank

My girlfriend loves the stuff as well. We brought back a couple of crates when we last went to France. Can’t help with a recipe but good luck!

Can’t help with a specific recipe but it appears to be Hoegaarden with some Raspberries in it.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, unmalted wheat, fruits (10%), raspberry (6%), sugar, sweetener, hops, yeast.

I’d start out with a basic Wit recipe and then add raspberries to primary post fermentation for a few days before bottling (dry fruiting?). From the ingredients it looks like it’s back sweetened as well so you might like to try adding an artificial sweetener to taste to the bottling bucket or just use a sugar syrup at pouring time.

You should be able to find a decent recipe for a raspberry wit somewhere around.

I did wonder if I should make a Hoegaarden clone and then just whack come fruit in it.
BUT, I managed to find a Rosee clone on the new Brewfather recipe share facility!!
