Recently brewed Orfy's Hobgoblin clone. As I had some Fullers yeast in the fridge that was near its use-by date I bunged that in. I know Fullers is low attenuating but it's now been in the fermenter for nearly 2 weeks and has stopped at 1.020. It hasn't moved for 5 days despite a gentle rousing.

Coupled with the fact that I collected a couple of litres over my target I seem to have made what will be more like a mild. 25 IBU's and 4%.

Should be a nice session beer though!

Thanks. Yep, I mashed at 69 degrees as per Orfy's recommendations. In fact I overheated my strike water by a couple of degrees so has to leave the lid off for 10 minutes and keep stirring until I hit the required temp. I don't supposed that helped.

Looking forward to trying it though. :-)
