OK, I've perhaps got a gallon left in my king keg and still it comes out waaaay to fast, head like a cumulous nimbus (spelling isn't always my strong point, sorry!). I only put 80 grams of household sugar into it for a standard 40 pint brew. Any ideas? Was I a bit early kegging, gravity had stabilised for two days?
The golden ale tastes wonderful, clear as a bell and eminently quaffable, just takes 10 mins to pour a pint whilst I wait for the froth to disperse!
Ah well, back to the beer :![Small Cheers cheers: cheers:](https://web.archive.org/web/20230418144719/https://www.world-of-smilies.com/wos_essen/nahrung002.gif)
