HLT needed?

Chaps,

I ordered a Grainfather. BIAB with the Ace always ended in a mess. Nothing wrong if somebody likes it but sparging is really a pita.

So now I have the Ace and wonder if I should keep it as HLT or if I should lower the damage from Grainfather a bit and sell the Ace with the immersion chiller and other stuff.

Got a 12l and a 7l pot for the oven and never seen a recipe which needs more than 15l sparging water.

So my question is what's the advantage of a HLT with the Grainfather? Should it stay or should it go :whistle:

Well you do need a separate pot to hear your sparge water. I think you should keep it as you'll still need to sparge
