Hi,

My name is Bobby, got a complete homebrew kit for my birthday from the wife. I did try homebrewing when I was a student but to be honest didn't have the patience to wait on it so had some bad experinces :)

I have just done my first brewpack, Black Country Mild. Today I moved it to a secondary after 5 days in the primary SG had dropped to 1.009.

Really looking forward to trying it properly, had a wee taste of it and was really impressed, the impatience is creeping in again though.....

Anyways...I'll be looking for hints and tips as I go along.

Hi Bobby welcome to the forum. Patience is a must for beer suggest you buy some cans till your brew is ready :thumb:

I find the only way to deal with the impatience is to brew something else - or if no equipment available, spend hours researching and planning the next!

I've just ordered a Brupacks German Pilsner and some bottles, can get the next one on the go Tuesday.

Untill then, got some Stella in the fridge.
