well guys n galls,

My hand has never been in it ! as they say, who are they?. Anyhow brewing is all new to me though i do have 40 years of palate to help and well travelled so i hope i can get to grips with my new adventure on Dartmoor.

I shall be looking for an old soak,,,, sorry part time brewer, semi- or retired for that matter. I promise to do all the cleaning i`m loving that part of it caustic n all that.

I am looking at brewing 4.5 b barrels per week and maybe brewing twice weekly.

So at the moment whilst i can afford it i need to get help.
